~.~.~.1 Year ~.~.~.~

So it has been a little over 1 year of being married! I have to say I LOVE it! Each day I am becoming more comfortable with my InLaws and each day I learn something new about my husband. This past year has brought so many changes/happiness/saddness!
I have had to chance to experience the joy of being pregnant, the extreme sadness of having taken away and the extreme bond that both of these created between Vince and I.
I am extremely excited to see where this next year takes us. Hopefully including a new house and a baby! We shall have to wait and see. Oh and the picture there is my cake topper from the wedding! I was very surprised to open it up and see the cute message from the bakers!!

On to another topic I am up to 19 scrapbook pages for the year! I am only gonna post a few lol! The little boy ones will be Vin of course and then my kitten and one about my Ex lol. They are my favorites I have done lately.

12 pages!!

So I am up to 12 pages for the year! I am very excited! The first one is of Vinny and my Kitten Bella. Then is a picture of his Grandma and Grandpa. Then 2 pages for Liz & Kris's engagement in 2007. (reverse this order they uploaded weird lol) I am very happy with the first 3 pages!

I am up to 8!

OK so I have four more layouts to post! I am soo excited! I am going to list the journaling for only 2 of them though hehe! The two I am not are the one of Jenna trying on bridesmaid dresses and the 2nd page of Shannon's babyshower. I am still unhappy with BOTH of my pages for her shower and it irratates me! hehe! Ok so here is the journaling:
HARLEYS PAGE- My mom has basicaly raised Harley since she was born. But I have only met her a few times. I don't visit often but when I do Harley <3's it. So much in fact she is by my side my whole trip home! These pictures are from a morning when she woke me up before my mom. We decided to take goofy pictures for some "quiet fun"!
XMAS DANCE PAGE- The christmas dance was so much fun. I went with Lindsey Singer and we met up with friends. I remember my dress ending up pretty short *UH OH* LOL! I also wore my hair in a twist! This began my love of hair clips.

page 4! a challenge of sorts

So in a livejournal group I am in a challenge was thrown up. I needed to do a 10 item check list. This was a layout with my brother and his ex-fiance Katie. I found it kind of weird to scrap him with his ex that i really never bonded with but the challenge called for 2 pictures (which I only had two pictures of them I think) and it was a part of his life so why not write? The journaling says....

My Brother Ivan is just like me and falls hard for someone when he loves them! He was dating Katie for a few months when he thought she was the one. Turns out she wasn't and for that I am very thankful. Katie was not one of my favorite people.

3 pages done in 365!

Ok so I have finished the first 3 pages of my 365 goal! They are actually listed backwards on here but whatever lol.

The first one is the dress Karlye picked for my wedding. The journaling in the corner says "Karlye was very happy when she finally picked a bridesmaid dress. We made her try on about 20 of them. She did it all after working an 8 hour night shift @ the Arlington Hotel. Just another reason why I <3 my sister. 2007"

80% off Christmas tree say what say what?!?!

OK so I am now a proud owner of what I would like to call my first "Adult" christmas tree! 7 1/2 feet of pre lit goodness! Normaly $299 but marked down rang up $59 and wait I had $22 in gift cards left so I paid less than $40 for it!!! WOOHOO! Much improvement over my last tree I purchased. It was an after xmas specail as well at a bargin of $5 and looks like it was worth about 1/2 of that haha! I am so excited and will even be MORE excited once I get a house next year to put it in :)

New Year New Me

So here it is 2009! Who would have thought that 2008 would have had so many ups and downs for me. Anyways no dwelling in last year for this post. Here are my 2009 resolution hopefuls:

1. read 50 books (has been on the list the last 3 years and haven't been even close)
2. do 365 scrapbook pages
3. buy a house
4. successfully conceive and deliver a baby

These all sound doable so lets hope I can stay in track!
